The WL-124 is a shear beam load cell manufactured from high-strength alloy steel, designed for capacities ranging from 50kg to 300kg. This shear beam load cell is optimized for parallel connection, making it suitable for various ultrathin electronic truck scales, single-track crane scales, hopper scales, and other industrial weighing systems. It can also be equipped with weighing modules for tank scales, batching scales, and hopper scales. Different cable lengths and other options are available.
This shear beam load cell delivers a combined error of ≤±0.05%F.S., non-linearity of ≤±0.05%F.S., and repeatability of ≤±0.02%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.01mV/V, zero balance is ±1.00%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 10~15 VDC, this sensor provides reliable measurements for heavy-duty industrial applications.
The WL-124 offers IP66 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within -10°C to 50°C. Standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 6000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The alloy steel construction ensures robust performance under high loads and harsh conditions.
